Jessie is the sweetest boy. We have been fostering him for several months. He needs neutering and that's the price for him. He is housetrained and great with other dogs and all people. He will only go to the best home with loving parents. He is NOT to be an outdoor dog left on a chain or forgotten, used for fighting or as a "watch dog." He needs to be walked every day or have a fenced(wood)in yard to play in. Prefer another sibling (male or female)to play with.
