Nevia, Nemo’s mom, used to have a home; the ex-owner did not spay her; soon she got pregnant and gave birth to eight pups. The heartless ex-owner abandoned them all to a forest up in a remote mountain. Food was hard to come by in the area. Nevia was severely malnourished; she can hardly produce enough milk for her babies.<br/>
