Black and white male indoor cat completely box trained. Unfortunately financial situations have called for more work with long hours which leaves him alone majority of day and in turn he meows excessively and extremely loud. I live in a complex and neighbors have complained to management so I have to remedy the situation or be evicted, and eviction is not an option.
