VIERA - Brevard County commissioners might put dog parks
on a short leash.  After a series of dog-on-dog and dog-on-
person attacks at the off-leash run at Wickham Park forced
the county to assign someone to keep an eye on things, the
Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department is asking
commissioners for guidance today.
