this is a dog stroller. It is collaspable and has a rain hood and it has a cover the you can unroll and cover the front opening to keep your little one dry and out of the wind. It is a totally enclosed netting and you can open the top to put in take out dog. the weels have brakes. there's a storage pocket on the back. it's great. you can take this into anyplace. most don't know that there's a dog inside. so if you walk a lot and your little one's legs get tired or you want to keep him her out  of the heat/rain/wind then this is for you. you don't have to leave your puppy/dog at home or in your car when you want to be out shopping or whatever. and it's great for vacations. it has a padded bottom and the entire nylon bag unsnaps from the frame and the frame can be flattened for storage.
