PORTSMOUTH - In the past six years, Alex Walker has had 16 puppies pilfered from his Little Shop of Pets store. The latest puppy-napping occurred Tuesday at 6:50 p.m., when a young woman walked into the Lafayette Road pet store and slipped a 2½-pound Chihuahua puppy into an oversized purse.
