ASHTABULA - The Ashtabula County Humane Society and PetFix Inc. are co-sponsoring a low cost spay/ neuter program that is available to pet owners with low income or those on public assistance This event will be held Jan. 26 at the Tractor Supply Co. store in the Ashtabula Mall. The cost is $20 for a cat neuter, $30 for a cat spay, $30 for a dog neuter and $45 for a dog spay.
