I am looking for a small dog of sorts. Cairn terrier, silky, bichon, shih tzu, mini pinscher, pekingese, sheltie, etc.  I have been searching all over and cannot fathom spending hundreds or thousands of dollars for a nice dog. I am not interestd in a puppy that makes puddles everywhere.As nice as they may be. I am an active person and would like a dog that I can take with me when I leave my home on outings, jogging, walks, etc. One that doesn't mind being spoled and one that takes well to learning new things, meeting new people and is not afraid of new experiences.
