found little black dog..with tan in the face and legs..not sure of her age. she has a curled tail and no coller or tag. we found her on 3rd and porter in south philly. ..3rd and gladstone..i am holding her only a short time since i have my own dogs..cannot keep her. she has really long nails .,.black which would make me think she is a house dog. very weird distinctive bark. call me on my cell to verify if you feel she is yours.thanks  2673575707
