Cosmo is a wee little pup born 12/12/15 from a mama who was found wandering the Corridor of Cruelty in Houston, Texas. Cosmo has been weaned from his mama and all he needs is to get his neuter and he will be ready for adoption. His adoption charge includes his neuter, micro chip, and current vaccines. Cosmo is a rolly-polly little boy like any other puppy and needs a little time and patience with training like all pups do.
