Buddy is shy around new people and nervous in new situations, and will need a home that won't push him too quickly while he is adjusting. He would do best in a low-traffic home where he won't be exposed to an overly stressful environment. Even though he can be a little slow to warm up, he truly does want to bond with someone, and will show you his affectionate side once he is ready.
