BIG DOGS have won the hearts of the Coey family from
Holloway, and Nina, a 139 pound Neapolitan Mastiff, has also
won the title of Belmont County's Top Dog for 2006. Nina
was one of the dogs at the Belmont County Animal Shelter
until she met Lori Coey a year ago.
