This is Rosa Lee, a Minimum Pin/Chihuahua mixture who was taken into a Texas shelter as a stray with her 4 pups. She is currently with our Louisiana rescue partner and is scheduled to arrive in New England between 9/3-9/10/16. Rosa is HW negative and weighs around 8lbs.
